Mary Ellen McCool, 32, of 106 Vernon St., was charged with disorderly conduct after police got a call about an unwanted woman in an Ellis Avenue apartment.
Rescue crews tended to an intoxicated woman just before 5 a.m.
Police dispersed a man who was reported urinating on a fence along the bike path, and harassing passers-by.
John Tregaskis, 55, of Warwick ,was charged with failing to stop at an accident, after a hit-and-run was reported on Market Street at 3:07 p.m.
