George Hernandez, age 51, of East Providence, and Samantha Boillard, age 28, of East Providence, were each taken into custody on Reciprocal Body Attachment warrants, the legal definition for failing to appear in court.

Members of the State Police Detective and Uniform Bureaus, in coordination with the Rhode Island Division of Sheriffs and United States Marshals Service arrested the individuals due to body attachments issued by the Rhode Island Family Court for failing to appear for court proceedings and failure to pay child support.

In addition to the individuals arrested for the Family Court body attachments, three individuals were arrested for Superior Court warrants and one (1) person was arrested for a warrant issued by the Third Division District Court. One individual was also arraigned as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Connecticut on original charges of Escape from Custody.

All of the subjects arrested were processed at State Police Headquarters and transported by the Rhode Island Division of Sheriffs to the Providence County Family Court, Providence County Superior Court, or the Sixth Division District Court.
